In 2013, the Facility is celebrating five years of pushing the frontier of innovation with a campaign to showcase insights on how microinsurance can work for practitioners and clients.

The Learning Journey is a chronological narrative of emerging lessons learned by a partners as it implements a microinsurance innovation project. It records a partner's successes and challenges, particularly those related to the partner’s learning agenda. The document has  four main sections:

  1. Project Basics. This provides an overview of the project, the organization, and the product.
  2. Project Updates. This section presents the key performance indicators, as well as a narrative description of activities that have been undertaken as of Progress Report dates.
  3. Project Lessons. The main section of the document, this is further subdivided into sub-sections that discuss each Learning Agenda question, plus other important areas not covered in the Learning Agenda.
  4. Next Actions. This section provides a summary of planned activities and anticipated milestones.
