PWDS will continue working with the federations towards higher enrollments and preventing adverse selection. BAGI being restarted has given a boost to the program and an enrollment plan will be drawn up to include those whose insurance had lapsed as well as new members. The difference in processes between the two insurers will be tracked to seek lessons in efficiency. Lessons are expected around use of mobile phone-based enrollment, handling delays, re-negotiating product and pricing parameters, impact of co-payments, and incentives, training, and distribution through a community based network.
