The SAJIDA Foundation is a unique non-government organization working with the poor and ultra poor people in the urban and rural areas in six districts of Bangladesh. SAJIDA Foundation introduced its new comprehensive micro insurance package HELP (Health, Education and Life Security Program) in 2006 which includes five services such as health insurance, life insurance, disaster support, education sponsorship and legal education and assistance. After 18 months of successful operations, SAJIDA undertook an internal evaluation of HELP to evaluate the satisfaction level of its members and the quality of the program. While some improvements have already been made, SAJIDA is looking for external advice on achieving long term growth and sustainability of the program, making the program more attractive from beneficiary perspectives, addressing risks and weaknesses, and identifying the key strength areas and opportunities for the expansion and deepening of the program.
