In the period (June 2011 - December 2011), RedSol has planned the following activities:
- Bi-national promotion of the products for migrant workers (remittance and repatriation insurance)
- Implementation of the commercial strategy differentiating distribution partners
- Implementation of restructured training strategy for promoters based on three methods: (1) person, (2) online - e-learning and (3) support in the field. It aims to establish a system of evaluation and certification of agents
- Restructuring of the sales methodology. Develop promotional materials based on the recommendations of the members of the network
- Make a diagnosis of the needs of the channel, as well as the integration of the needs of the end user
- Analysis of the strategies of the competition with the aim of supporting institutions to adjust own marketing strategies locally
- Current financial education materials will be implemented in workshops in the ten main boxes
- Work with the main partner financial education methodologies, looking for the tools that enable mass education to the consumer, as well as find alternative solutions for dissemination. Implementation of video and radio programs
- Consolidation of the existing distribution network
- Continuation of the activities of promotion
- Health insurance: analysis of the survey to design the health product
- Agricultural insurance fund: start of activities in the Mexican states of Veracruz, Chiapas and Puebla.
